Client acknowledges and agrees that CapHill Analytics may obtain and aggregate technical and other data about Client’s use of the Services , excluding any personally identifiable information concerning the Client (“Aggregated Anonymous Data”), and CapHill Analytics may use the Aggregated Anonymous Data to analyze, improve, support and operate the Services and otherwise for any business purpose, during and after the term of this Agreement, including without limitation to generate industry benchmarks or best practices guidance, recommendations or similar reports for distribution to and consumption by Client and other CapHill Analytics customers and prospects. This Section does not give CapHill Analytics the right to identify CapHill Analytics as the source of any Aggregated Anonymous Data.
If you apply for a job at CapHill Analytics, you will be asked to provide information to CapHill Analytics, such as your name, contact details, information about your work and education history, and any other background information that might be relevant to your application or that you choose to share with CapHill Analytics. If you do not provide this information, we might be unable to process your application.
CapHill Analytics will use this information to assess your application and candidacy for the position to which you have applied. This may include: (i) evaluating your skills and experience concerning the qualification required for the job to which you have applied; and (ii) tracking feedback and interactions we have with you throughout the recruiting process. CapHill Analytics understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, particularly in online interactions. Our Sites are not designed for or directed at children 16 or younger. CapHill Analytics does not intentionally collect or maintain personal data about anyone under this age.
